The project
Designing all the SPA, including strategic marketing (market research, positioning and definition of value proposition, recruiting agencies for reporting and monitoring the production of materials, creating and maintaining the website and newsletter) and operational (site maintenance, web marketing, maintenance of communication materials, public relations and establishment of strategic and commercial parceriais), implementation (survey of local supplier selection and negotiation for buildings and equipment, construction project management and implementation, quality control, recruitment of ), start-up operations.
The results
As one of our most ambitious projects and comprehensive, it is also one of the most successful.
Acqua Lisbon is today a benchmark in the SPA's urban and also a reference that can be the projection of a business "traditional" to the Internet.
